SO, I WAS A BUSY SEWING BUNNY OVER CHRISTMAS.
I made my mom a new bag and a smelly lavender bag,and covered the sofa,something I'd been meaning to do for ages, it's cream, not really my colour, espcially with a muddy pawed cat and a dog.

so it's now been a week since my surgery, i was only in for 2days, but yuk.I hate staying in Hospital.
I'm felling ok. sort of. sleeping a lot!!! and a bit up and down, but i have been told that it takes about 7-10 days for the anesthetic to leave your system, so i guess it's that, and the obvious stress on the body of surgery. I think i underestimated the effect it would have on my body, i feel like i've been knocked over by a bus, and have the bruises to prove it!!!

they took soooo many blood tests , my arms and hands are black and blue, well yellow and green now. my calcium levels did drop, but regained quickly.
the very nice district nurse came out to the house today to take out my stitches, very itchy!!!, so it feels a bit better now, do you want to see? ok , but I'll hide it if anyones squeemish

buggar and botheration, i got a call from the hospital at 8.20 this morning, theY have had to postpone my operperation. because an energency has come in. POO!!!!! iT'S BEEN PUSHED BACK TO THE 22ND OCTOBER!!! I'd got myself all geared up for it, oh well that's how it goes
